For this grand and luxurious 7,500 square foot home on the prestigious Oxshott Rise in Cobham, Keystone Lintels was called upon to supply a range of Bow Lintels and Brick Feature Lintels.

Designed in a classical style by Des Ewing Architects, the choice of bold red brick provides a beautiful contrast to the smooth render that has been applied to window surrounds, cornices, and many other striking areas of the build.

At the rear of the property, heavy-duty Bow Lintels enabled the curved brickwork over two levels to become a reality. On the east elevation, two further single storey bays were supplied, finished in a striking ivory render.

Flat Gauge Brick Feature Lintels with a 1,003mm span and 102mm return soffit delivered a visually appealing finish above window heads on the first-floor level.

On the adjoining amenity building built from natural stone, Brick Feature Arch Lintels were designed with bold red brick to tie back to the main house design.

Each lintel enabled a swift and simple installation for the builder while providing a contrasting feature to the surrounding stonework.
