10,000 square foot of pure luxury sits in the heart of Wentworth Estate in Surrey. Meticulously designed by Ascot Design, the residential property is set in nearly an acre of groomed gardens with a sweeping driveway leading to a grand entrance.

Keystone Lintel’s technical team appreciated the importance of personalisation and were tasked with helping to turn the architect’s vision for the family home into a reality.

The largest requirement of the project was the 12 Bow Lintels which created the curved features on the front and rear elevations. Both the ground and first-floor levels required three Bow Lintels, one above each opening to form the full curved design.

Windposts were supplied to be used between piers to provide lateral support for the narrow panels of brickwork in this area of the building. The revolutionary Hi-therm Lintels also feature in the build. Up to five times more thermally efficient than a standard steel cavity wall lintel, they were manufactured for a number of openings as wide as three metres, cavity widths of up to 125mm and 140mm wide internal blocks.

The lintels not only enhanced the building’s visual appeal but also provided a cost-effective means of improving CO₂ reduction and Fabric Energy Efficiency performance, ensuring compliance with Part L Building Regulations.
