Situated between Belfast and Ballynahinch, Northern Ireland, Hinch Distillery stands as a testament to the harmonious fusion of old-world charm and modern efficiency.

Housing an expansive Irish whiskey and gin distillery, bottling line, storage facilities, plant rooms and offices, the distillery’s design was meticulously crafted to strike a balance between heritage and contemporary needs.

Keystone Lintels played a pivotal role by designing and manufacturing a range of specialised lintels tailored to the unique demands of the project.

Comprising custom heavy duty and extreme duty lintels, along with several bespoke Arch Lintels, each was designed specifically to suit a range of varying loading arrangements and wall construction widths.

The Segmental Arch Lintels situated above the first floor viewing windows were designed with plaster key on both sides, enabling the main contractor, Corramore, to achieve a stand out stone-like finish. This added a touch of elegance to the distillery’s exterior.

Furthermore, the design and production of extreme and heavy-duty special lintels showcased Keystone Lintel’s ability to cater to diverse wall widths and openings with precision and durability.

The specialised lintels manufactured for this project highlights the commitment to quality and craftsmanship from the Keystone Lintels team that defines the essence of Hinch Distillery – a taste of class.
