When speed – but no compromise on quality – was needed for a major new high-rise residential development in West London, Keyfix was called upon.

Located close to the Thames in Brentford, Verdo–Kew Bridge is a mixed-use development that forms part of a major new regeneration scheme, including the new community stadium for Brentford Football Club.

Designed by Broadway Malyan and built by developer EcoWorld, it comprises 487 one, two and three-bedroom homes as well as retail and business spaces, public green spaces and community areas.

For the first-ever KeyFix project, they supplied 765m of the innovative Non-combustible Cavity Tray (NCCT) System, 2,490 pre-formed Corner Units, 4,000 Pier Units, and 5,000 Non-combustible Weeps for multiple blocks of the development.

The products not only exceed current Building Regulations but also allow for rapid installation, eliminating the need for tapes or mastic—providing a practical way to future-proof buildings.
