Keyfix is proud to have played an important part in the award-winning Chobham Manor development in Stratford, East London.

Located in the heart of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) London Award winner 2023 is the first of five new neighbourhoods in the former site of the 2012 Olympics.

The area comprises 850 new one, two and three-bedroom homes as well as community facilities, shops, public green spaces, and community areas and it has sustainability at its core: all homes built to the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4.

Designed by JSA Architects and built by Taylor Wimpey, the layered brickwork façade features projected bay windows, balconies and set-back terraces.

Keyfix was specified to supply their innovative Non-combustible Cavity Tray (NCCT) System, which exceeds building regulations, improves build quality and is quick and easy to install.

Thanks to efficient processes, Keyfix met the tight build programme, supplying 4,545m of the Non-combustible Cavity Tray System, plus pre-formed Corner Units and Noncombustible Weeps, on blocks A, B, and C on phase four of the development.
