‘The Chapel’ is a part of the Donegall Park Gardens development in Belfast’s Antrim Road. Originally built in 1865, Alskea Ltd restored this historic building into four unique apartments, preserving its original features.

Keylite’s Centre Pivot Conservation Roof Windows were chosen for their traditional look and adherence to Historic Environment Division and Conservation Architect specifications and approvals.

The Keylite roof windows feature a black central Georgian bar and low profile external flashing, maintaining the building’s traditional character while allowing for natural light to flow into the apartments.

Despite their traditional style, all of the Keylite roof windows come with an Integrated Thermal Collar as standard, warm edge glazing and a streamlined fit.
