Located in Sydenham Hill, at one of the highest points in London, this development comprises 26 apartments and 20 townhouses, as well as 50 supported living homes for St. Clement Danes Holborn Estate charity’s residents.

Private balconies were incorporated into the townhouses and required several large Apex Lintels.

Renowned for their expertise in lintel design and comprehensive technical support, IG Lintels was specified to design and manufacture the lintels for this project.

Large Apex Lintels were designed to fill the master bedrooms with natural light and accommodate glazed doors, opening out into the stunning London vista.

IG Lintels engineers designed a bespoke steel lintel to meet the demands of the unique architectural features, paying particular consideration to the location of the ridge beam, to avoid any clash.
