Inspired by the curves of superyachts, this harbourside development sits in a prominent position on the coast of Rhos on Sea, near Llandudno.

The four-storey building capitalises on its idyllic location and its broad curved bay windows provide residents with unparalleled views of the coastline.

Specified by the architect due to their unrivalled expertise, the IG Lintels technical team designed several bespoke Bow Lintels, which had to be specifically designed to the radii of each curved bay elevation.

Because of the coastal location, the team had to consider the greater exposure to aggressive environmental conditions, designing lintels in austenitic stainless steel to provide optimal corrosion resistance.

Thanks to the vision of the architect and the expert knowledge of the technical team, IG’s structural stainless steel lintels helped achieve the vision for this stand-out residential development.

This unique building required something bespoke. Keystone’s bow lintels accommodated the curved structural features specified within the designs, allowing for floor to ceiling windows on all four storeys, providing residents with a 180° panoramic view across the magnificent coastline.
