Keystone Lintels – Swadlincote

Keystone Lintels is a division of Europe’s largest manufacturer of steel lintels and masonry support systems. The role is based in the Swadlincote.

Job Description

  • Answer technical calls and pass to relevant engineer as required
  • Input onto internal systems
  • Log technical enquiries onto system
  • Run reports as required
  • Run weekly/monthly schedule reports
  • Keep records of all new end users ensuring literature is sent to these customers along with a follow up call, all information to be logged on spreadsheet
  • Book in all enquiries
  • Specify lintels from technical data provided
  • Provide telephone support by ensuring that telephone calls are answered within three rings
  • Undertake routine administrative tasks as required such as technical word-processing/typing, photocopying, sorting mail etc
  • Follow up on a weekly basis all schedule leads for Keystone and Keylite in your dedicated area, ensuring your spreadsheets are maintained and kept up to date
  • Handle out-going post ensuring that office procedures are followed
  • Maintain a professional approach at all times when representing Keystone
  • Be fully informed about all products
