The Keystone Group has announced the acquisition of a majority shareholding in Thor Helical, Insofast Ltd, and Product Licensing Company, bringing the respected Thor Helical brand and its global operations under the Keystone umbrella.

This strategic move reinforces Keystone’s ongoing commitment to innovation and growth within the construction sector. It marks a significant expansion of the Group’s product offering in the areas of masonry repair, structural reinforcement, and insulation fixings.
