The role is based in Group headquarters in Cookstown, Co.Tyrone and the successful candidate will be responsible to the General Manager.  The Job Role is a 12 month contract.

Person Specification:

  • First or second class honours degree in Marketing, Business Studies or related discipline OR other first or second class honours degree with a post-graduate or professional qualification in Marketing or Sales.
  • Minimum of 3 year’s relevant marketing experience.
  • Ability to manage a small marketing team of support staff.
  • Good organisational skills with a focus on attention to detail and demonstrate experience in budgeting and managing a wide range of marketing services including Web, PR, Shows, Print etc.
  • Initiative and ability to prioritise.
  • Strong presentation skills (oral and written).
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally to interface with sales team and customers.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office – word, email & internet.


  • Experience of working in a manufacturing/products sector.
  • A professional marketing qualification (CIM or equivalent).
  • Experience in the use of CRM/ contacts databases for direct marketing.

Job Description:

  • Assume overall responsibility for the brand, identity, presence and profile of the Keystone Group through clearly defined and agreed Marketing and Public Relations activities.
  • Accountability for the delivery of the Keystone Group Marketing Plan.
  • Management of a small marketing team and provide by example, a planned and proactive approach to work, demonstrating exceptional organisational, effective communication and teambuilding.
  • Day to Day response to the marketing opportunities within the product sector.
  • Provide sales team with relevant sales support materials.
  • Facilitate the origination and coordination of all marketing materials and services including launch strategies to support the introduction of new products or services.
  • Ensure all product changes are communicated effectively to the market and all the company’s printed and online marketing materials reflect these changes.
  • Responsibility for marketing information systems – specifically, collating, cleansing and management of our corporate databases.
  • Manage all aspects if print, production, receipt and delivery and sourcing, ordering and monitoring all promotional clothing and goods.
  • Source and co ordinate a steady stream of news and feature information for use in PR, web news, social media etc.  This will be driven by contact with internal sales and technical teams and co operation with key trade partners.
  • Ensure all the company’s printed and online marketing materials reflect both the company’s products in a manner to maximise sales generation.
