Internal Sales Representative

Scope of Job:

Responsible for collecting leads from external sales and builders, chasing leads to get plans and convert them to schedules and quotes.

Reporting to: Commercial  Manager KUK / Office Manager

Job Description:

  • Demonstrate a close working relationship with all departments on the Swadlincote site and across the Group as a whole.
  • Responsible for measuring quality of leads submitted by external sales team.
  • Responsible for project tracking and recording.
  • Manage customer queries.
  • Tracking via telecommunication.
  • Make 60 calls per day chasing leads to get plans and tracking quotes.
  • Lead to enquiry conversions
  • Converting min 60% of Leads to a quote (on a rolling 3 month basis).
  • Recording quality of external sales leads provided.
  • Compiling/updating Databases.
  • Organising Builder Visits for external sales.
  • Scheduling external sales appointments.
  • Providing Leads and Quote updates to support external sales visits.
  • Prepare summaries and reports for your line manager, sales team and others as required. This will include a monthly call report.
  • Ensuring reports are delivered on time and to the highest standard
  • Maintain a customer service culture where the customer always comes first.
