Scope of Job:
Responsible for collecting leads from GSM’s, KSM’s and builders, chasing leads to get plans and convert them to schedules and quotes.
Reporting to: Commercial Manager KUK / Office Manager
Job Description:
- Demonstrate a close working relationship with all departments on the Swadlincote site and across the Group as a whole.
- Responsible for measuring quality of leads submitted by external sales team.
- Responsible for getting Expected Order Dates (EOD) for Quotes then passing them over to GSM / KSM to close and record progress of same.
- Ensure that all customer and email queries received are handled within 24 hours
- Ensure that all telephone messages and queries are returned same-day
- Make 60 calls per day chasing leads to get plans and tracking quotes.
- Converting min 60% of Leads to a quote (on a rolling 3 month basis).
- Recording quality of GSM / KSM leads provided.
- Compiling Databases of Builders / Architects / Loft Convertors etc.
- Organising Builder Visits for GSM / KSM’s
- Providing Leads and Quote updates to support GSM / KSM visits.
- Prepare summaries and reports for your line manager, sales team and others as required. This will include a monthly call report.
- Ensuring reports are delivered on time and to the highest standard
- Maintain a customer service culture where the customer always comes first.
