The role:
The key duties & responsibilities for this role will involve:
- Assisting with the day-to-day delivery of ICT services across multiple sites including UK/Ireland/Poland
- To support current & future IT projects
- Provide ICT training to new staff
- Assist with intranet & internet web site development
- Provide innovative ideas to increase ICT efficiency
- Maintain & improve customer service levels
Job skills & requirements:
- Experience in an IT Helpdesk/Support environment
- Excellent PC hardware & software skills
- Working knowledge of server technology, email systems, LAN/WAN network technologies and antivirus.
- Working knowledge of HTML & CSS
- The deployment of desktop devices (PC’s, laptops, printers, phones etc.)
- The creation & maintenance of databases for asset registers.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication & organisational skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to new technologies
- Must be willing to work non-standard business hours when required.
