This role is based in our offices in our Swadlincote office and the successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team within the office environment.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- Completing a HND/Degree from Engineering-related discipline e.g. Construction/ Mechanical Engineering
- Competent in the use of Autocad
- Experience using Solid Works (Desirable but not essential)
- Focused on Customer Service
- Good organisational skills
- Target driven & ambitious
- Excellent numeracy & literacy skills
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
Job Description:
- Technical sales support to customers.
- Providing prompt & accurate technical solutions to our customers (internal & external)
- Keylite customer training
- Provide technical solutions and assist in the pricing of schedules.
- Assist in the delivery of a first class aftermarket service.
- Support the sales department in technical presentations and customer visits
