Divisional Sales Manager – Northern

Company Background:

The Keystone Group manufacture and distribute a comprehensive range of market leading products to the UK construction industry.  Keystone Group brands include Keystone Lintels, IG Lintels, Keylite Roof Windows, IGGRP Components and Smartroof Systems.

 

The Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager to cover the counties, with full responsibility for managing the growing external Sales Team, maintaining excellent customer relationships and delivering sales & service targets for the region.

 

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Sales team line management experience (preferably in the construction industry)
  • Ability to motivate and support external sales team
  • Key Account Management skills
  • Focused on customer service
  • Builders Merchant experience (preferable but not essential) 

 

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales and support levels with major customers
  • Present Group Products to senior personnel within customer groups.
  • Prepare and implement customer action plans with Keystone Sales team.
  • Carry out regular branch review meetings and analyse sales figures and trends
  • Successfully introduce new products to the marketplace
  • Promote selling initiatives and marketing activities to customers
  • Monitor and review performance of Sales Team members.
