The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Northern Sales Manager to cover the Northern counties, with full responsibility for managing the growing external Sales Team, maintaining excellent customer relationships and delivering sales & service targets for the region.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Sales team line management experience (preferably in the construction industry)
- Ability to motivate and support external sales team
- Key Account Management skills
- Focused on customer service
- Builders Merchant experience (preferable but not essential)
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Increase sales and support levels with major customers
- Present Group Products to senior personnel within customer groups.
- Prepare and implement customer action plans with Keystone Sales team.
- Carry out regular branch review meetings and analyse sales figures and trends
- Successfully introduce new products to the marketplace
- Promote selling initiatives and marketing activities to customers
- Monitor and review performance of Northern Sales Team members.
