The role is based in the UK headquarters in Swadlincote, South Derbyshire, reporting to the UK Commercial Manager. Close liaison will be required with the Keystone Group Marketing Team in Cookstown, Northern Ireland.
Person Specification:
Essential:
- Minimum of an honours degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Visual Communications or related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year’s relevant marketing experience.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally to interface with sales team and customers.
Desirable:
- Experience of working in a manufacturing/products sector.
- Sales/commercial acumen
Job Description:
- Work closely with the sales team to generate ideas to maximize business opportunities.
- Assist the Marketing team to ensure consistent brand identity, presence and profile of Keystone Group Lintel companies through clearly defined and agreed Marketing and Public Relations activities.
- Contribute creative input to the marketing team strategy.
- Planning, implementing, supporting and evaluating marketing campaigns and incentives.
- Day to day response to the marketing opportunities within the product sector.
- Working closely with the internal and external sales force, deliver effective internal and external
communications, along with the development of Customer Relationship Development Schemes.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities relating to product development and innovation.
- Work closely with key customers to ensure a proactive approach to their marketing needs.
- Source and coordinate a steady stream of news and feature information for use in PR, web news, social media etc. This will be driven by contact with internal sales and technical teams and cooperation with key trade partners.
- Ensure all the company’s printed and online marketing materials reflect the company’s products in a manner to maximize sales generation.
- Copywriting and proofreading of communications.
