Purpose of the Job:

We are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller, working closely with the Credit Control Manager at our Cwmbran office, dealing with invoice queries and following up payments.

 Job Description:

• Assist with the collection of monies due from specified customers
• Deal with and resolve invoice queries
• Accurately record data on internal reports
• Ensure invoices and statements are printed weekly, in line with company procedure.
• Check invoices to ensure accurate before posting to customers
• Raise ‘goods return note’ when required
• Raise credits notes
• Answer telephone calls
