The Role;

We are currently looking to recruit a hardworking, self-motivated CAD/BIM technician with the emphasis on BIM (Building Information Modelling). The role is based in Swadlincote, South Derbyshire and the successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team.

Minimum Requirements;

• Fully conversant with current REVIT software and other applicable 2D/3D drafting
• packages such as AutoCAD.
• First-hand knowledge of how to produce ‘REVIT’ families.
• Currently undertaking or have previously undertaken an Architectural related
• degree.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent presentation and layout skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Job Description;

You will be required to produce a ‘BIM’ model library for our extensive range of products these include; Lintels, Roof Windows, Masonry Support and Wind-posts. Liaise with members of design team’ on a project by project basis. In relation to the ‘BIM’ models, there may be a requirement to produce bespoke items to the same specification in order to satisfy customer needs. The role is suited to those who want to be the BEST! Keystone’s technical team are experts in steel lintel design and provide a unique service to the construction industry.
