Career Development
At the Keystone Group we support our staff to help them reach their full potential and develop a rewarding career with us.
Graduates
Our graduate programme is designed to give graduates a platform to develop their skills and gain commercial experience after graduating from third level education. Graduates are given real responsibilities once they join the company to allow them to develop their commercial awareness from day one.
During the year long programme, graduates get the opportunity to gain experience in a range of roles across different brands within the group and are mentored by a senior member of staff to provide support every step of the way. After the completion of the programme many of our graduates go on to become permanent employees of the Keystone Group.

Apprenticeships
Our Apprenticeship Programme gives our employees the opportunity to earn while they learn, receiving on the job training to help them develop new skills. Some of our apprenticeships from across the Keystone Group explain why they choose an apprenticeship with the Keystone Group to learn new skills on the job and put them into practice in a real life environment while working towards their qualifications.
Placement
Every year the Keystone Group welcomes placement students across a range of roles including engineering, marketing, product development and accountancy.
Our placement programme gives students the opportunity to take their first steps into the world of work and apply the skills they have learnt during their studies in a real life business environment before returning to university to complete the final year of their degree.
