When should I apply for a placement/graduate position?
We go to recruitment fairs at universities throughout the year. At these, we encourage students who are interested in placement/graduate opportunities to apply at any time during the year. These applications will then be kept on file until we are going to conduct interviews
Does the Keystone Group provide the opportunity to gain any externally recognised professional qualification?
Yes, we are constantly developing our employees through both internal and external courses. The opportunities for development within the company are huge and we encourage our employees to avail of training opportunities that become available
How will I be supported in my role?
All employees that join the Keystone Group are fully supported during their time with the company by their line manager. They will hold frequent performance reviews to monitor their performance and provide support and feedback when necessary
What training will I receive to assist me in my new role?
Our employees all undertake a rotational training structure when they commence employment with the company. We feel this is the best way to allow employees to become fully integrated into the company and provide you with the knowledge required to fulfil your role
How will I know if I have been successful or not?
We will respond to your application after the shortlisting process has taken place to let you know what the status of your application is. Please make sure that your contact details are on your application and that these are correct and up-to-date
Do I have to have a driving licence?
A driving licence is an essential requirement for some of our roles, but not for all positions. However, it is strongly advised that you do possess a driving licence as you may be required to travel to our different sites during your employment
