Career Development

At the Keystone Group we support our staff to help them reach their full potential and develop a rewarding career with us.

Graduates

Our graduate programme is designed to give graduates a platform to develop their skills and gain commercial experience after graduating from third level education. Graduates are given real responsibilities once they join the company to allow them to develop their commercial awareness from day one.

During the year long programme, graduates get the opportunity to gain experience in a range of roles across different brands within the group and are mentored by a senior member of staff to provide support every step of the way. After the completion of the programme many of our graduates go on to become permanent employees of the Keystone Group.

Karan Sodhi
Commercial Graduate

“Being a part of the Graduate Programme at the Keystone Group, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of the organisation. This opportunity is invaluable in developing fresh ideas and growing the Group to extraordinary heights.”

Apprenticeships

Our Engineering & Manufacturing Academy gives our employees the opportunity to earn while they learn, receiving on the job training to help them develop new skills. Our Welding Academy welcomes those with or without welding experience and guides them through a range of welding qualifications. Gary Halliday, Welder at the Keystone Group explains his experience of joining the Keystone Group Welding Academy.

Placement

Every year the Keystone Group welcomes placement students across a range of roles including engineering, marketing, product development and accountancy.

Our placement programme gives students the opportunity to take their first steps into the world of work and apply the skills they have learnt during their studies in a real life business environment before returning to university to complete the final year of their degree.
